During the initial examination by a doctor, a list of procedures for the disease treatment is determined. The following can be offered:

exercise therapy according to an individual method;
massage;
swimming pool;
traction therapy;
local cryotherapy;
interstitial phonophoresis or electrodragging with chondoprotector;
intraarticular, paravertebral or periarticular administration of drugs;
kinesio taping;
carboxytherapy.
At the end of the treatment course, recommendations are given for treatment at home: a combination of non-drug (correction of existing orthopedic disorders, changes in the nature of motor activity, normalization of body weight) and drug treatments (fast-acting and slow-acting drugs).
